Before you book
The details matter.
The practical answers, up front. Service-specific details are confirmed in your Pixieset booking and agreement.
A 25% retainer reserves your date. Another 25% is due 48 hours before photography begins, and the remaining balance is due immediately after coverage concludes on the session or event date.
You receive confirmation through Pixieset, along with the agreement, payment schedule and any service-specific questions needed to prepare. M3 confirms the final timing and location before the date.
M3 serves Baltimore, Washington DC and the surrounding DMV, including Howard, Anne Arundel and Montgomery counties. Travel or permit costs are confirmed before they are added.
One courtesy reschedule is available with at least 48 hours' notice. With shorter notice, eligible payments may be applied once as a non-refundable credit toward a new date within 90 days, subject to availability. Weather changes initiated by M3 do not count against that courtesy.
Portrait galleries are generally delivered within 14 calendar days after the session and full payment. Event and wedding delivery timing is confirmed with the selected coverage and agreement.
No. M3 selects and finishes the photographs that meet its professional standard. Delivered images are edited, organized and ready to use; RAW and unedited files are not included.
